As all our products are custom-designed and personalized based on client specifications, we do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and moved into production. This policy applies to:

- Made-to-order or specially procured items
2. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Before Production: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing it. We will assess feasibility on a case-by-case basis.
- After Production Begins: Once an order has entered the production phase, cancellations and modifications are not possible.
3. Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Products
Although we do not offer refunds, we do ensure quality assurance and offer replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged Products: If you receive items that are damaged during transit, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photos and videos of the damaged product and packaging, along with unboxing videos

4. Non-Eligible Cases for Replacements
