Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet commenced. Once production begins – especially for custom branded products – cancellations will not be accepted.
If you receive damaged or defective products, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Due to the personalised nature of custom-branded products (logo printing, engraving, custom packaging etc.), refunds are not applicable once the artwork has been approved and production has started.
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. For bank transfers, please allow additional processing time.
Customised or personalised items, items damaged due to customer misuse, and items returned without prior approval are not eligible for refunds.
